All Ophthalmic Medical Personnel who have purchased, attended, or completed any JCAHPO Continuing Education (CE) Activities
If you have registered for, or attended, any JCAHPO CE activity (e.g., live meeting, Webinar, self study, etc.) in the past, you probably already have an account record set up on the ACTIONED Web site. It is important that you use your assigned member account to keep all your ACTIONED activities consolidated in one record. Member pricing is only available to participating and current members or certificants of the ACTIONED partner organizations.
The username and password for the ACTIONED Web site is the same as your username and password for the www.jcahpo.org Web site. If you do not know your www.jcahpo.org username and password, please follow the directions below to locate your existing account record.
To locate your existing account record, click on Create Account at the top of the homepage.
Complete the required fields, and click Next.
If you have an account record assigned in the ACTIONED Web site, a matching record will appear. If the record match is correct, please select the record and follow the prompts for completing your account set up. If your record is not listed, please call (800) 284-3937 between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time for assistance.
