Participating Current Members of OPS and ASOA, and Participating COEs
To receive member pricing on ACTIONED, all current OPS members, ASOA members, and currently certified COEs need to “opt in” through their organization. “Opted in” users should have already received an e-mail from their organization with their username and password. If you did not receive an e-mail with a username and password, then you already have an account at www.jcahpo.org that was transferred to ACTIONED. Your username and password are the same for www.jcahpo.org and ACTIONED. If you do not know your transferred username and password, please follow the directions below to locate your existing account record. It is important that you use your assigned member account to keep all your ACTIONED activities consolidated in one record and to receive member pricing on ACTIONED products. No refunds will be given for the difference between partner and non-partner pricing. For questions about the status of your membership or certification, please contact your organization:

After your initial log on, you may change your username and password by following the directions listed under Username & Password on your My Account page.
Current OPS or ASOA members who would like to “opt in” to receive member pricing on ACTIONED can contact their organization’s membership department for information and assistance. Members also have the option of accessing the ACTIONED Web site without receiving the member pricing benefit. To create an account with non-member pricing, please click on Create Account at the top of the homepage and follow the instructions.
To locate your existing account record, click on Create Account at the top of the homepage.
Complete the required fields, and click Next.
If you have an account record assigned in the ACTIONED Web site, a matching record will appear. If the record match is correct, please select the record and follow the prompts for completing your account set up. If your record is not listed, please call (800) 284-3937 between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time for assistance.
