All JCAHPO certificants and ATPO Members already have a member account record assigned in the ACTIONED Web site. If you have previously done any of the following on-line at www.jcahpo.org: registered for an event, purchased a course, viewed your CE Credit records, or created a log in, your JCAHPO.org log in will be the same log in you will use for ACTIONED. If you do not know your log in and password, or have not created a log in on JCAHPO.org, please follow the directions below to search for your existing account record. If your search fails to locate your account or log in and password, please call (800) 284-3937 for assistance. It is very important that you use your assigned member account to keep all your ACTIONED activities consolidated in one record and to receive member pricing on ACTIONED courses and assessments. Complete the required fields, and click Next.
If you have an account record assigned in the ACTIONED Web site, a matching record will appear. If the record match is correct, please select the record and follow the prompts for completing your account set up. If your record is not listed, please call (800) 284-3937 between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time for assistance.
